Vendor Spotlight: Sweet Heart Winery

The wedding community in Colorado is a rather tight knit one. Because of this, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several amazing vendors. I am excited to share about some of the folks that I’ve had the pleasure of working with and interacting with over the several years I’ve worked in the wedding industry.

Today I’m excited to share with you about my friends at Sweet Heart Winery.

Sweet Heart Winery is located in Loveland Colorado on the banks of the Big Thompson River. It’s a picturesque wedding venue that is also a working winery.

The folks at Sweet Heart value their property as an elevated experience. They love showing off Colorado’s scenic beauty in their stunning location. They love showcasing their barrel and tasting rooms and their spacious seating and the opportunity to share a bottle of wine any day of the week. They’re able to accommodate any weather (which is a MUST in Colorado) and any wedding size.

Reasons to love Sweet Heart:

[r e a s o n 1] The people!
The folks who own and work at the venue are the kindest, funnest people you’ll get the chance to meet. They’re so much fun to work with and they’re incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating.

[r e a s o n 2] The views!
Situated on the banks of the Big Thompson and across Highway 34 from Devil’s Backbone, Sweet Heart is an open foothills area with the most picturesque setting for your event [and photos!].

[r e a s o n 3] The space!
Sweet Heart has a beautiful room where they age their wine called the barrel room. It’s a warm space with its own beautiful, rustic style. Additionally, they have an amazing patio area that is perfect for al fresco dance parties! Finally, they have a beautiful, shaded ceremony site that keeps your ceremony perfectly lit for your afternoon or evening ceremony.

[r e a s o n 4] The wine!
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the delicious wine that grants this amazing venue its name! I’m particularly fond of their Cabernet, and my husband loves their Tempranillo, though their Rose is delicious on a warm day, too.

I’m super excited to be joining the folks at Sweet Heart Winery this weekend for their annual wedding showcase.
